Job summary

True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Warehouse Runner to support concessions and storage areas during events at Canada Life Centre and the Burton Cummings Theatre. You will work with a team to stock, rotate, and maintain product quality while ensuring efficient event operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of foodservice experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating products at concession locations.
• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse, storage, and concession areas.
• Setting up and tearing down concession locations before/after events.
• Assisting with inventory reception, organization, movement, and tracking.
• Cleaning equipment and keeping it ready for use.
• Support event operations and respond to changing needs during events.
• Perform other duties as required.

True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a Warehouse Runner to join our team

The Warehouse Runnerwill be working with a team to ensure the efficient operation during events at Canada Life Centre and the Burton Cummings Theatre.

What to be excited for in this role:

• Stocking and Rotating Products: Ensure concession locations are stocked with the necessary products and supplies, while rotating inventory to maintain product quality.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep warehouse, storage, and concession areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Setting Up and Tearing Down Concession Locations: Assist with preparing concession areas before events and completing tear-down activities afterward.
• Assisting with Inventory: Help receive, organize, move, and track products and supplies to support smooth event operations.
• Cleaning Equipment: Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
• Supporting Event Operations: Work collaboratively with team members to respond to changing needs throughout events and ensure operations run efficiently.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
