Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton to maintain a clean, organized facility and manage toolboxes, materials, and stock. You will follow safety procedures, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate documentation for deliveries and site visits.

This role requires a valid Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus, with competitive wages and benefits provided by TKE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Inventory control of toolbox, materials, shop supplies and stock.
• Maintain and use the in-stock inventory system and logs.
• Order parts, supplies, materials, and equipment as required.
• Load/unload materials from vehicles and prepare items for delivery.

What you will be doing:

• Warehouse management, ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Inventory control of all toolboxes, materials, shop supplies and stock
• Management of in stock inventory system
• Maintain a detailed log to illustrate the sites visited and the tools, supplies, and/or parts that were delivered
• Order parts, supplies, materials and equipment, as required
• Loading and unloading of material from vehicles
• Prepare materials and vehicle for delivery. Verify all items are securely loaded and protected from the elements and all accompanying paperwork is available
• Follow safe operating procedures. Advise Supervisor / Manager of potential hazards
• Accountable for working safely and ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety policies and legislation
