Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a results-driven Sales professional in Victoria, Canada. You will meet quotas by acquiring contracts, preparing proposals with cost estimates, and nurturing relationships with customers.

You will present to prospective clients, negotiate terms, and manage bookings, while visiting job sites and completing required paperwork. The role offers a car allowance or company vehicle, pension, health and life coverage, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships.
• Strong business acumen and ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell to customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers
• Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms
• Prepare booking packages
• Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
• Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job
• Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed
• Investigate complaints from customers
• When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment
• Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
• Performs other duties as assigned
