Responsibilities

• Place orders for stock and construction projects within our supplier network.
• Communicate with other department stakeholders regarding inventory availability and timelines.
• Maintain stock levels for assigned categories within the warehouse.
• Work with order pickers to identify stock issues and execute replenishment orders.
• Stock shelves with unpacked items, ensuring labels are clear and visible.
• Keep records of receipts.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Process invoices using Microsoft Business Central.
• Track special orders internally with Microsoft Excel.
• Update project cost trackers within Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Previous experience in receiving or administrative roles.
• Purchasing experience.
• Warehouse inventory control experience.

Preferred Skills

• Reach truck experience (asset).
• Forklift license (asset).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience in the construction services industry.
• Valid G driver’s license.
