TalentWorld is hiring a detail-oriented Buyer to source and purchase both cost of goods and consumable materials for our client located in Mississauga.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods, consumables, and other materials required for operations.
• Source vendors, create accurate purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update ERP system data, including pricing and lead times.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with approved vendors to optimize costs.
• Experience in Pharma, Health & Beauty or Food Industry accepted

Buyer Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a buyer or procurement role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and adaptability.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role, 5 days in office Monday to Friday.
• Payrate: $30 - $33/hours depending on experience
• 3 month contract position, start right away
