Job Location:

Under the responsibility of the Product Manager - Roof Top Unit, this role will lead quality and efficiency of commercial roof top products and their accessories within the warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor). Working closely with the warehouse supervisor, they will inspect inbound and outbound units from the warehouse, ensure that the locations in the yard are organized to support first in first out, repair/touch up minor damages and enforce a status system that denotes inventory that requires further attention versus units that are ready to be sold.

What you will accomplish with us:
  1. Ensure company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards;
  2. Develop strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals;
  3. Physically off-load, receive, inspect and document goods and confirm quantities;
  4. Organize unit after inspection;
  5. Prepare, inspect and document customer or branch deliveries orders as needed;
  6. Pick and pack orders (using RF scanner) for counter sales or warehouse transfers;
  7. Organize the yard such that yourself or pickers can easily maintain a first in first out system (Oldest on top of stack);
  8. Ensure inventory status is easily and regularly communicated with the commercial and operations teams;
  9. Co-ordinate repair of units that have minor scratch and dent damage, then putting them back to stock;
  10. Address warehouse employees’ questions, assist with problems, and oversee teamwork for quality and guideline compliance and communicate set deadlines and goals;
  11. Assist the supervising team with new employee yard trainings as required.

  2. Experience with maintenance or repair of equipment;
  3. Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail;
  4. Have a sense of initiative and be curious;
  5. Ability to work under pressure;
  6. Familiarity with RF technology and data entry/organization;
  7. MS Office fundamentals;
  8. Dangerous goods certification (an asset);
  9. Ability to lift or move heavy products.
