MBRP Ltd. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our Muskoka-based team. The role requires conscientious, fast-paced work with an eye for detail and the ability to exceed daily quotas.

Heavy lifting, on-site work, and a continental 12-hour shift schedule (36 to 48 hours per week) are part of the job. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders and box finished goods per internal documents.
• Meet daily deadlines and assist with receiving as needed.
• Operate small tooling (air stapler, rivet gun, etc.).
• Operate larger equipment (banding, electric cart, forklift, pallet wrapper).
• Perform daily production paperwork and keep area clean and organized.
• Follow standardized work procedures and assist as assigned by leads.

Job description

MBRP Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer & distributor of performance exhaust systems for the automotive and powersports industries. Located in the heart of Muskoka, MBRP has always been an employer of choice. We are seeking motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our team.

This position is open to an individual who is conscientious, fast paced flexible, has an eye for details and likes the challenge of exceeding daily quotas. Heavy lifting is required.

This position is on-site and operates on a continental 12-hour shift schedule, day shift (36 to 48 hours per week). AI is not used in any stage of the recruiting process. This posting is for existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations
• Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn
• Report to your Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger yourself or another worker
• Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe
• Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply
• Report to Team Leader

Job Functions:

• Have the ability to accurately pick orders, box up, ship finished good products in accordance to internal documents at a steady pace
• Have the ability to meet deadlines
• Assist with receiving as required
• Operate small tooling (air stapler, rivet gun, foam pack machine, manual hand cart, etc.)
• Operate large equipment (Banding machine, electric hand cart, fork lift, pallet wrapper)
• Perform physical lifting, bending and standing required, using safe lifting technic
• Counting, reading, writing
• Accurately complete daily production paper work
• Process improvement capabilities
• Have the ability to follow standardized work procedures
• Perform daily cleaning and organizing activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Team Leader and/or Pack Team Leader

Ability to safely operate a Hino truck for moving finished goods and materials within company premises.
