Beyond Bilingual Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Bradford, ON to support picking, packing and inventory counts. This full-time role is on-site with day shifts (Mon-Fri) and occasional Saturdays, offering a stable environment and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company.

Summary of Role:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations including picking and packing orders, inventory counts, and general material handling. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience in picking and packing required
• Valid forklift or counterbalance certification (asset or required depending on role)
• Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory counting and order accuracy
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
• Strong communication skills in English
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working 40–44 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
