Your Daily Role

• Organize and document inventory efficiently using the appropriate equipment, including forklifts, pallets, cranes, and computer software;
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment to mitigate hazards and ensure food safety;
• Work as part of a team with the operations department to service the packaging lines, deliver bulk product, manage packaging, and store case product in the freezer; ensure adequate boxes and poly supply line for production, restocking as needed;
• Share and implement ideas for continuous improvement as part of lean manufacturing initiatives.

Your Profile

• OSSD or equivalent;
• Lift truck license with 1-2 years of experience with an RF inventory system;
• Ability to meet physical demands of working in cold environments, material handling, working at heights, and climbing stairs;
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends;
• Ability to navigate changing priorities while maintaining a positive team environment.
