We have openings for Part-Time Export Warehouse Associates at our Scarborough, ON location. Your role involves managing shipments efficiently to serve our customers effectively. Join us and help us achieve our mission of having the best day every day.

Shifts: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm

Wage: $18.15 for the first 3 months, increasing as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

Major Activities/Responsibilities:

• Scan freight following Global SOP and assist with warehouse searches.
• Load and unload trucks/containers.
• Process and handle shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Move freight within the warehouse and address damaged shipments.
• Ensure shipments on belts are processed safely and timely.
• Separate conveyable and non-conveyable shipments per GSOP.
• Complete relabeling, imaging, and paperwork by end of shift.
• Process shipments before export cut-off times.
• Organize and clean the warehouse area.
• Maintain a safe and cooperative work environment.
• Comply with all security inspections and shipment regulations.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow Transport of Dangerous Goods requirements.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and collective agreements.
• Report issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to undergo training for X-ray, Imaging, SI, DG, ACR, and ETD certifications.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs.) with assistance.
• Obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as per Transport Canada.
• Willing to obtain forklift operator license.
• Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and as part of a team.
