We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Technician to oversee the day-to-day handling of materials and inventory within the facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth material flow to support production operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and components
• Issue materials to production areas according to work orders and schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete system transactions in a timely manner
• Organize and label warehouse stock to ensure efficient access and inventory control
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery or inventory issues
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse and staging areas
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (valid forklift certification preferred)
• Physical stamina to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset
• Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role preferred
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
