Job summary

P.J. White Hardwoods is seeking a permanent Board Supervisor at our Vancouver warehouse. You will be an autonomous, versatile, and reliable leader supporting warehousing and transportation operations.

Reporting to management, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage people, monitor indicators, and generate reports. You may occasionally replace the manager in their absence, contributing to a safe and efficient team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in administration, logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years in a similar admin/logistics role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingualism (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the manager.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Manage team members.
• Generate periodic reports.
• Monitor staff schedules and workloads.
• Lead CSST (health and safety) meetings.
