Job summary

GEODIS in Oshawa is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead inventory integrity, order fulfillment and movement of goods within our distribution center. You will drive operational procedures, coordinate between customer service and sales, and ensure safe, efficient warehousing practices.

As part of the GEODIS leadership team, you will manage staffing, training, and budget responsibilities while maintaining KPI targets and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of related leadership experience in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan or Red Prairie).
• Lean certification and strong PC skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads operational procedures for shipments and inventory.
• Maintains warehouse safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates with customer service and sales for order fulfillment.
• Manages staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitors KPIs and implements process improvements.
• Oversees budget and P&L for the operation.
• Reports hours to Payroll and ensures regulatory compliance.
