Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at a McDonald’s distributorship. You will plan manpower, schedule equipment, and manage daily dispatch while adhering to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and SFCR/GFSI standards.

You will lead safety-first initiatives, run shift meetings, and mentor the hourly workforce to balance cost reductions with on-time delivery targets. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics or related field required.
• Three to five years in high-volume, food service, unionized distribution, or logistics preferred.
• One to three years of progressively responsible supervision experience preferred.
• Strong computer software (MS Office) skills required.
• Experience with routing/onboard software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers to meet safety, service and productivity goals.
• Manage workflows to comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain production and master delivery schedules and related information.
• Provide training and direction to employees on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Oversee quality control for in-house and en-route products.
• Review performance with service providers to ensure quality and cost controls.
