Job summary

OZZ ELECTRIC BC INC. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities and staff, reporting to the Shop Supervisor. Responsibilities include coordinating material orders, maintaining vehicle fleet, and organizing all stock in the warehouse.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with duties spanning receiving, inventory, and site deliveries. The role requires 3–5 years in a similar environment, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5) and forklift license required.
• First Aid skills and/or certificates are assets.
• Ability to communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and staff, coordinating with Site Supervisor and Shop Supervisor.
• Plan and prioritize work for self and staff.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for company drivers.
• Perform general cleanup of the warehouse facility.
• Organize and maintain tool supply crib (inbound/outbound).
• Oversee tracking, status and requests for tools and equipment; maintain inventory and records.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, manuals and warranties.
• Drive OZZ Electric vehicles as required.
• Perform site deliveries and load/unload vehicles as needed.
• Organize stock from site cleanups and perform site cleanups when necessary.
• Sort and strip wire; prepare skids and document contents.
• Comply with safety regulations; keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Work with purchasing on site material orders.
• Manage and maintain vehicle fleet and outside grounds.
