Arrow Workforce Solutions in Calgary is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This is a versatile role that combines warehouse responsibilities with administrative, inventory, and operational coordination duties.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, and administrative support.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory coordination.
• Forklift licenses/certifications for Reach Truck and Order Picker are required.
• Hands-on experience operating reach truck and order picker forklifts.
• Strong computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This is a versatile role that combines warehouse responsibilities with administrative, inventory, and operational coordination duties.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can comfortably balance physical warehouse tasks with computer‑based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker) forklifts to move, retrieve, and organize inventory.
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Respond to customer and internal emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update inventory records, operational logs, and shipment documentation.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped within required timelines.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory coordination.
• Previous Operations Coordinator experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid forklift licenses/certifications for both Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker) are required.
• Hands‑on experience operating both Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts.
• Comfortable performing hands‑on warehouse duties, including order picking and packing.
• Strong computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
