Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée / Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Kitchener distribution center. You will allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure safety and efficiency across receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment.

You will supervise a team, conduct regular floor walks, prepare daily reports, and drive continuous improvement with the Workflow Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Education in Administration, Inventory Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• English (spoken and written); French an asset.

Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks and resources to meet targets set by management.
• Lead and supervise floor employees, monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and cleanliness.
• Prepare daily activity and performance reports; lead weekly meetings.
• Review targets with the Director and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage payroll for the team and handle related communications.
