Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the evening shift at its Ville Saint-Laurent distribution center, coordinating receiving, order preparation, and shipping to meet deadlines.

You will supervise about 20 employees, coach and develop the team, ensure safety, optimize workflows, and collaborate with other shifts for seamless transitions.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Positive leadership and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel, operational systems, WMS or ERP).
• Good communication skills in French and functional English.

Richelieu Hardware, a leading specialty hardware company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the evening shift at its Ville Saint‑Laurent distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of approximately 20 warehouse employees on the evening shift
• Plan and coordinate daily receiving, order preparation, and shipping activities
