The Dufresne Group, Ashley Canada, is hiring a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) for the St. Catharines location at 285 Geneva St. This role focuses on supporting visual presentation, warehousing, and customer service to help create an inviting store environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. Proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems is a plus.

• Provide efficient and accurate support related to visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pickups, movement of goods & merchandising
• Be responsible for store maintenance - including the exterior of the building
• Receive product and prepare outbound shipments
• Prepare product for floor placement or delivery
• Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation
• Load and unload freight trailers
• Keep the warehouse area organized and clean

This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of visual presentation for our home furnishing products in our stores.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store), You Will

As a Successful Candidate You Will Have The Following

• Experience with MS Office products and ability to learn in-house inventory management system
• Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs.
