Ashley Canada - The Dufresne Group is hiring a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) for our Ottawa location at 530 W Hunt Club Rd. This full-time, on-site role supports visual presentation, warehousing, and customer service duties to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.

You will receive product, manage inventory, and assist with floor placement and deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and store exterior areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1-year related experience an asset.
• Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and accurate support related to visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pickups, movement of goods & merchandising.
• Be responsible for store maintenance - including the exterior of the building.
• Receive product and prepare outbound shipments.
• Prepare product for floor placement or delivery.
• Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation.
• Load and unload freight trailers.
• Keep the warehouse area organized and clean.

Ashley Canada is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store)for our Ottawa store located at 530 W Hunt Club Rd.

This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of visual presentation for our home furnishing products in our stores.
