The Dufresne Group is hiring a Warehouse Merchandise Handler for the Mississauga Distribution Centre located at 333 Matheson Blvd West. You will handle products across sub-departments, load/unload trailers, and ensure accurate, safe processing of orders.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities await.

• Wrap and assemble products from returns processing area.
• Assist with guest pick-ups.
• Follow all safe work practices and dispose of waste.
• Participate in recycling processes as required.

We are hiring Warehouse Merchandise Handler for our Mississauga Distribution Centre located at 333 Matheson Blvd West.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler, you will be responsible for handling products in any or all sub-departments in the warehouse according to the product floor procedures.

This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler, You Will

• Loading and unloading of products from both inbound and outbound trailers.
• Follow all Deck rules and guidelines posted in the Distribution Centre.
• Open, assemble, and ship prep designated products for home delivery.
• Wrap and assemble all proceeded products from the returns processing area.
• Assist with guest pick-ups.
• Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules.
• Processing of all recycled materials and disposal of all waste.

As a Successful Candidate You Will Have The Following

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills and experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn in-house computer programs.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to effectively use the radio scanner gun (RF gun).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Lift truck certification or ability to take and pass the company’s certified training.
• Good physical condition with stamina to lift at least 50 – 100 pounds.
• Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
• Flexible schedule requirements, including evenings and weekends.
• Operates various equipment (dock levelers, hand trucks, cardboard baler, garbage baler, etc.)
• Available to work overtime as required.
