Job summary

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field is considered an asset.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, food safety and health & safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and support to warehouse employees.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Manage daily workflow of canteen picking, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
  • Oversee purchasing of inventory to support the canteen business and maintain inventory levels.
  • Maintain a 100% fill rate and address stockouts proactively.
  • Coordinate monthly inventory counts and ensure records accuracy.
  • Support receiving, picking, and warehouse operations during peak periods.
