Warehouse Manager

Job Must Haves

Job Duties

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storage, distribution, and freight management.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and fiscal year-end audits.
• Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners for efficient delivery.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead daily team meetings and resolve warehouse errors.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, delegation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.

Shift

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Availability on weekends
