*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.*Duties** Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.* Manage order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping.* Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movement.* Supervise and train warehouse staff in best practices for safety, efficiency, and productivity.* Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution efforts.* Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.*Qualifications** Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed.* Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices in warehouse distribution.* Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.* Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory management.* Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work environment.* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.Join our team as a Warehouse Manager where you will play a crucial role in driving our operational success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus pay* Overtime payBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* On-site parkingSchedule:* Monday to FridayEducation:* Secondary School (preferred)Experience:* Warehouse Management: 5 years (required)Work Location: In person
