We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports both front-office customer interactions and back-of-house warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate order processing, and assist with daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient and timely operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with a positive and professional attitude.
• Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in company systems.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order entry or inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods consistently.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
