Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
  • Experience managing inventory, warehousing and day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve shared goals.
  • Adaptability and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Develop and implement a warehouse management system.
  • Monitor inventory levels, accuracy and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse Lead at our BC Fasteners & Tools (2000) Ltd. Branch in Surrey. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing our warehouse operations.

As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management and the timely and efficient receiving and shipping of products. Additionally, . Your strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, will contribute to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
