Natural Factors is seeking a Facilities Services Worker for the day shift at our Coquitlam warehouses. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining clean, safe, and organized spaces to GMP standards, supporting daily operations and events, and ensuring a productive work environment.

The position requires Grade 12, at least one year of janitorial experience, physical stamina, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of janitorial/custodial experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, bending, lifting).
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse, office, lunchroom, washroom and common areas to GMP standards.
• Sweep, mop, auto-scrub, vacuum and sanitize surfaces throughout facilities.
• Empty garbage, recycling and cardboard bins; keep spaces organized and well-stocked.
• Support facility requests, company events and general upkeep of interior/exterior areas.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs and cGMP requirements; report quality concerns.

Facilities Services Worker

Working on our Janitorial team across three warehouse locations,you'llhelp ensure our facilities meet GMP standards while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Job Status: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Work Location: Onsite (1400 Brigantine, 1505 Brigantine & 2001 Hartley)

Salary Range: $19.37 - $24.76/hour

In this role, you will:

• Clean andmaintainwarehouse, office, lunchroom, washroom, andcommon areasto GMP standards.
