Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Facilities Service Worker to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at our BC facility. This role focuses on frontline cleanliness, safety, and preventive maintenance to ensure a professional workspace for teams and visitors.

You’ll operate floor machines, manage waste streams, and perform routine cleaning across manufacturing, warehouse, and offices. This position requires physical stamina and adherence to WHMIS policies, with competitive pay and growth

Qualifications

• Attention to detail across multiple areas (manufacturing, warehouse, offices, washrooms).
• Strong organization to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience operating floor machines, buffers, washers.
• Familiarity with WHMIS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating a visually welcoming first impression to our facility.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and auto scrub all floor types (washing, buffing, waxing).
• Empty all interior and exterior garbage, recycling, and cardboard bins.
• Thoroughly sweep and clean all exterior grounds.
• Other cleaning and disinfecting as needed.

Job description

Shift: Team 4: Thursday to Saturday / Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 am - 6:10 pm

Wage: $20.45/hour

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for creating a visually welcoming first impression to our facility
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and auto scrub all floor types (i.e.: washing, buffing, and waxing)
• Empty all interior and exterior garbage, recycling, and cardboard bins
• Thoroughly sweep and clean all exterior grounds
• Other cleaning and disinfecting as needed

You have:

• An ability to focus on details to ensure all areas (manufacturing, warehouse, offices, and washrooms) are maintained to the highest standard
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize pre-assigned tasks and adjust to changing priorities throughout the day
• The capability to work with your hands and keep up in a physically demanding environment
• The ability to operate machinery including floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines
• Sound knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures
