Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with basic Excel is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Stock balance and return inventory to vendors; assist with RA numbers.
• Coordinate with Service and Depot to repair DOA inventory promptly.
• Post non-physical customer credits and create related POs.
• Handle Customer Owned inventory: verify, label, and transfer Serial numbers.
• Stack and wrap Customer Owned inventory; ensure safe warehouse storage.
• Follow ISO processes and support cross-team needs.
• Participate in special projects as directed by supervisor/manager.
