Job summary

Auto Electric Service REGINA is seeking a motivated Parts Counter & Warehouse Team Member to join our Emerald Park team. You will greet customers, advise on parts, process transactions, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A Grade 12 education and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; automotive knowledge is an asset. Starting wage will be determined by experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge or experience is an asset.
• Industrial, agricultural, or paint product knowledge is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise customers on product options and compatibility.
• Process transactions, returns, and warranty items accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Receive and inspect inventory and report discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, merchandising, and displays.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient store, counter, and warehouse areas.
• Stay current on new products, industry developments, and promotions.
