Auto Electric Service Ltd. in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, is hiring an Inside Parts Counter and Warehouse Team Member. You will greet customers, sell parts, prepare quotes, and process transactions at the parts counter while also handling picking, packing, and inventory checks in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge or background is an asset.

• Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner at the parts counter.
• Sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise customers on product options, compatibility, and companion items.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, and credit; handle returns and warranty items.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and follow all safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance product presentation and accessibility.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient store, counter, warehouse, and exterior areas.
• Stay up to date on new products, industry developments, and company promotions.
