Job Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour
• Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST
• Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Primary Objective of Position

Responsible for the accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specifications.

Major Areas of Performance

• Help with line set-up
• Utilize technology such as voice technology, RF scanners, etc.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with administrative, receiving, and shipping duties
• Restock packing materials
• Complete paperwork and time-tracking documentation
• Support team in meeting/exceeding customer expectations
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues
• Participate in process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent warehouse experience
• Experience with PC applications and learning new systems
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail for accuracy
• Teamwork ability
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and greater with assistance
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods
