Job description

Shift: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST

Location:

Primary Objective of Position:
Responsible for the accurate setup, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specifications.

Major Areas of Performance:

1. Help with line setup
2. Utilize technology as required, e.g., voice technology, RF scanners
3. Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
4. Assist with administrative, receiving, and shipping duties
5. Restock packing materials
6. Complete paperwork and time-tracking documentation
7. Assist team in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
8. Update supervisor and team lead on issues
9. Participate in process improvements
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent warehouse experience
• Experience with PC applications and ability to learn new systems
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo; greater weights in team lifts
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods
