Job description

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and any projects as assigned. The primary responsibilities include shipping/receiving of orders, quality control, inventory management, and other warehouse logistics. This role reports to the Manager, Warehouse.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Accurately receive, ship, label products, pick up items from inventory locations, and efficiently pack orders for delivery to venues or other warehouses.
2. Perform basic quality control (QC) procedures and ensure proper presentation of equipment and inventory control.

Logistics and Transportation:

1. Prepare and process shipments via small parcel, LTL, or internal fleet.
2. Operate industrial powered forklifts, including sit-down, reach, stock picker, and powered pallet jack.

Safety:

1. Conduct daily checklists on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
2. Participate in safety team initiatives.

Warehouse Housekeeping:

1. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
2. Perform necessary equipment maintenance.

Customer Service:

1. Provide high standards of service while maintaining operational efficiency and positive interdepartmental relationships.
2. Maintain knowledge of equipment and processes.

Job Qualifications:

1. 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience.
2. Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
3. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
4. Strong communication skills with team members, leadership, and customers.
5. Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
