Job summary

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is seeking a full-time Warehouse Driver in Montreal to accurately and punctually deliver supplies and products to store locations. You will load, unload, verify stock, and issue delivery notes, while maintaining safety and on-time performance.

You must have 3+ years as a fully licensed D-class or higher, a clean driver’s abstract, and excellent English and French communication. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work well in a team are essential.

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Warehouse/Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Driver is responsible for accurately and punctually delivering RFBT supplies and products, such as cups, straws, and fruits, to any one of our store locations. They must ensure that products are delivered in good condition and are required to deliver on time based on schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review route sheets to establish your daily delivery routes and cargo.
• Inspect and verify invoices to ascertain all stock requirements.
• Load and unload RFBT merchandise, products, and produce carefully and thoughtfully to facilitate quick access for yourself and RFBT partners.
• Issuing customers with dated delivery notes and invoices.
• Notify the Warehouse/Distribution Manager in case of any incidents or accidents.
• Attitude: proven entrepreneur spirit of working "on-floor" spontaneously, as to motivate and propel the frontline personnel in person and to serve as the role model for co-workers.

Expectation of Successful Candidate

• 3+ years as fully licensed D-class or higher
• Must have a clean driver’s abstract
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (written and verbal) is an asset
• Must be able to lift up to 50lb/22.5kg
• Reliable and efficient team player who is able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all shipments are delivered on time
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
