Mountain View Electric Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse & Counter Sales Assistant to support warehouse operations, manage inventory, assist technicians with materials, and provide friendly customer service at our sales counter.

This role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service, with responsibilities including helping customers, processing orders, coordinating pickups, and supporting purchasing with material requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, or counter sales.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, irrigation, agricultural, industrial, or mechanical products.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases.
• Process sales transactions and customer orders.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Direct customers to appropriate products, services, or team members.
• Prepare customer pickups and special orders.
