Western Dispatch is hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator in a hybrid role that blends office work with hands-on warehouse activity. A strong WMS background (ShipHero/Extensiv/Helm) is highly valued to drive accurate inventory and smooth freight coordination.

You will schedule inbound/outbound trailers, coordinate with carriers, manage inventory via WMS, and support cross-docking and packing operations while advancing safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Warehousing & logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms.
• Experience with inventory control and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with cross-docking and distribution operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to manage daily logistics operations.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Oversee cross-docking operations to optimize product flow and minimize storage time.
• Support pick and pack operations to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse and logistics processes.

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Position Overview

A strong working knowledge and experience with WMS systems such as ShipHero, Extensiv, Helm WMS or similar software is a major asset for this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges office operations and on-the-floor warehouse activity. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of logistics.

Key Responsibilities
