Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in packing, palletizing, and applying labels for customers such as TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Walmart.
2. Work with Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Packing Slips.
3. Lead a team of 4 or more packers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in packing and palletizing.
4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Strong measurement and calculation skills.
3. Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
4. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
5. Familiarity with ASN labels, purchase orders, sales orders, and packing slips.
6. Leadership skills or strong packing department experience; training provided for captain position.
