Gateway Rama Resort is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to receive goods and coordinate delivery to departments. You will handle packing, store items by bins, and prepare shipments to Casino locations. Forklift operation and adherence to safety standards are required.

The role includes inventory duties, order verification, and supporting bar requisitions. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with valid Ontario driver’s license and compliance training; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with warehouse experience.
• Able to comply with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulations.
• Knowledge of Stratton Warren system is an asset.
• Knowledge of WHMIS program.
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset.
• Must hold a valid Ontario Driver’s License with 12 years of driving experience & Provide a Clean Driver's Abstract.
• Must provide a clean driver’s abstract on an annual basis.

Responsabilités

• Verify quantity and quality of product to packing slips and purchase orders.
• Receive and store product in Warehouse by bin number.
• Follow requisitions to select product for departments.
• Prepare product for shipment to Departments or to other Casino locations.
• Load and shrink-wrap skids.
• Operate a fork lift truck and other pallet trucks; load and unload trucks; store and pick product.
• Strip skids to count and check delivered product.
• Assist Barbacks with picking and filling bar requisitions.
• Complete monthly, weekly and daily inventory levels.
• Key enter information to close requisitions and check inventory levels.
• Date and rotate stock.
• Maintain and clean work areas and company vehicle.
• File retention and TITO shredding.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
