Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Shipping and Receiving in Mississauga, ON. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, pick and stage orders, load/unload material, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and basic computer skills to log shipments and receipts. Previous forklift/reach truck experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; general labor duties may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely.
• Picking and staging a variety of orders.
• Load and offload material from flatbeds and containers.
• Stock pallets and products.
• Use various hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• General labor duties as required.
• Enter and process shipping/receiving information in computer systems.

A Day in the Life:

• Work under minimum direction from the Supervisor and/or Foreman
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely
• Picking and staging a variety of orders together
• Load and offload material from flatbeds and containers
• Operating a computer
• Stocking pallets and products
• Use various hand tools and mechanical equipment
• General labor duties as required

What We Are Seeking:

• Forklift and Reach Truck experience is required
• Inventory control experience is considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
