Responsibilities

• Determine which items to pick, checked and ship from sales orders.
• Pull orders and recheck for accuracy before delivery to customer.
• Prepare items for delivery and secure packages for shipping.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to DC, FC, or supplier.
• Sort and place materials on racks according to MINO code organization.
• Report damaged inventory to warehouse supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• May deliver items to customers and obtain signature.
• May process counter sales or invoices for customers.
• May operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Receive items in the computer system to show available stock.
