Job summary

FedEx Canada in Quebec is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, digitize, and sort freight within the facility and move freight between buildings.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and packages up to 150 lbs with equipment, valid Class 5 driver's license, and bilingual French/English in Quebec. Candidates must complete required training and adhere to safety standards. This is a full-time, evening-shift position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations desired.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete all basic and periodic training.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must possess a valid full driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Residents in Quebec province must be bilingual (French and English).
• Candidates for positions requiring driving must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record with no more than two infractions/accidents in the 24 months prior to application.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations desired.

• Ability to complete all basic and periodic training.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

• Pay rate: $20.37/hour.
• Shift: Monday shift starts at 16:05, the rest of the week at 16:35. Requires a full Canadian Class 5 license.
