Job summary

Canadian Tire in Brampton is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure products are received, verified, stored, and moved to the sales floor or warehouse safely. This role involves handling merchandise from light to heavy and supporting an efficient operation in a family, diverse environment.

You will receive, scan, verify, and store arriving products, manage overstock, process returns and damaged claims, and maintain inventory accuracy. No experience required; training provided.

Requirements / Skills

• No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
• Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
