Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to read pick tickets and prepare orders.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move Merchandise: Operate hand jacks and material handling equipment.
• Operate equipment up to 95% of the time.
• Select and prepare customer orders for complete fulfillment.
• Receipt and documentation for inbound product.
• Affix pallet tags and identify materials on receipt.
• Transport items from receiving to storage or designated areas.
• Place items on racks or bins per slot assignments.
• Rotate stock to keep oldest items accessible for picking.
• Read tickets and assemble customer orders for shipment.
• Record information to track activities.
• Maintain performance to productivity standards and service levels.
• Follow safety guidelines and government/company rules.
• Inspect material handling equipment and maintain fluids.
• Prevent damage to equipment and products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Respond to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Treat customers with respect.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
