Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting.
• Some client locations require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products with FIFO for perishables.
• Train and operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or forklifts.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products within the warehouse and client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete admin records using paper or handheld PC systems.
• Keep work areas clean and safe per safety protocols (OSHA/SDS).
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors and guests as required.
