Job summary

Upper Canada Forest Products Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mississauga, ON for full-time onsite afternoon shifts (3pm - 11:30pm). The role involves loading/unloading, order preparation, freight handling, and maintaining inventory in a safe, organized warehouse.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and forklift experience. Forklift license is an asset. Lumber or panel experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and stack products by hand and using a forklift.
• Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Handle freight and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location.
• Deliver product with a small delivery truck as required.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Wage:

$19.50-$21 + a $2/hr shift premium
