Job summary

Purolator is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, BC. You will unload and sort freight, preload trucks, scan and weigh items, and maintain accuracy while working with conveyors and trailers.

Starting immediately, this temporary to permanent role offers weekly pay and vacation pay, with a Mon-Fri schedule from 1:00 AM to 7:30 AM. Join a fast-paced team and help ensure efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a time-sensitive environment.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to process, quality, and operational standards.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and sorting freight.
• Preload up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off the conveyor belt.
• Scanning, cubing, reweighting.
• Build positive relationships with teams (couriers, lead hands, and sorters).
• Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles.
• Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck, and write all premium products while loading.

Our client Purolator, a leader in the logistic industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, and a sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Richmond B.C.
Pay rate: $21per hour.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00AM - 7:30AM - 30min unpaid break

What’s the Job?

• Unloading and sorting freight
• Preload up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off the conveyor belt.
