Cardinal Health, with over 1,300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our Moncton distribution center. By joining our Operations team, you will contribute by receiving and storing medical products as well as fulfilling orders, while servicing clients in the Healthcare industry.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.

Hourly rate: $20.60

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Afternoon shift (time to be discussed)

Location: Moncton, NB

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

• Picking and preparing healthcare products for customers
• Processing incoming shipments and organizing storage using equipment like order pickers
• Using AIMS Warehouse Management System for product check-in
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of picked/received products
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Operating warehouse mobile equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks); training provided
• Sorting packaging materials for recycling
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

This Job might be for you if:

• You have 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
• You possess a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• You can bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand throughout your shift
• You are comfortable working at heights of 20-30 ft
• You enjoy coordinating and organizing requests supporting healthcare operations
• You are detail-oriented and pride yourself on accuracy
• You are interested in learning warehouse operations
• You enjoy active, fast-paced work environments
• You may have machine operation experience (reach forklift), training provided
• You can lift 10-50 lbs. as needed
• You value teamwork, communication, and quality
• You are eager to learn new systems and skills
