Job summary

Adecco is hiring a full-time General Labourer for a Halifax warehouse. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit. You’ll support order fulfillment, inventory tasks, and use RF scanning to locate and process products.

Minimum 3 months warehouse experience preferred. Shifts include day and night with four-day schedules and weekly pay. Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience
• RF scanner experience is an asset
• Experience performing cycle counts is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach for extended periods
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a picking cart
• Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, and process products
• Sort and place picked products into designated bins
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Scan bins and package products according to shipping requirements
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory-related tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Support warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time General Labourer for our client’s growing warehouse operation. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This role is ideal if you have warehouse experience and are looking to develop your skills in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics while working with a supportive team.

• Pay Rate: Day Shift: $20.50/hour | Night Shift: $21.00/hour

• Location: Halifax, NS

• Shifts: Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM OR Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM

• Available Four-Day Schedules:
  Sunday – Wednesday
  Monday – Thursday
  Tuesday – Friday
  Wednesday – Saturday
  Thursday – Sunday
  Friday – Monday
  Saturday – Tuesday

• If necessary (e.g. worker needs to get home to support family/get children to school), the night shift can end at 7am.
