Adecco is hiring General Labourers for a busy distribution centre in Pitt Meadows, BC. This fast-paced warehouse role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with temporary-to-permanent paths. Reliable transportation is required, and schedules are fixed.

You'll use RF scanners, pick and pack orders, load shipments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The job emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong English communication to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners.
• Load and unload shipments in receiving and shipping departments.
• Assemble boxes, crates, and packaging materials.
• Label packages accurately for shipment.
• Verify shipments and orders for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support other warehouse and general labour duties as assigned.

Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated General Labourers to join a busy distribution centre team (previous radial warehouse). This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and contributing to efficient order fulfillment operations.

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
• Location: Pitt Meadows, BC
• Job type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available | Temporary to Permanent positions
• Before confirming your availability, please ensure you have reliable transportation/transit available for ALL days and times of the schedule you are requesting, as the shift days and times are fixed

Full-Time Shift Options

Shift Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Shift Duration: 10.5 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break
Paid Hours: 10 hours per shift
Choose one of the following schedules:

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Donut Schedule)
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Important:

Candidates must be available to consistently work all four days of their selected schedule.

Part-Time Shift Options

Shift Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Shift Duration: 8.5 hours
Scheduling options:

• Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Option 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
• Option 3: Any three days per week

Please Note:

• Options 1 and 2 are preferred to support operational staffing needs.
• Applicants selecting Option 3 must confirm their preferred three workdays during scheduling.
• Once assigned, schedules cannot be changed.
• Candidates must be able to consistently commit to their selected schedule.

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required

• Use of RF scanning equipment and warehouse technology
• PPE and CSA-approved safety footwear required at all times on the warehouse floor
